2019 Africa House Fellowship Presentations & Awards Ceremony

I was thrilled to attend the Africa House Fellowship Presentations & Awards Ceremony on April 26, 2019. Past recipients shared their research on Africa related to governance, economics, culture, and more. Following the presentations, we announced this year’s recipients for the Africa House/CTED Development Impact Fellowship, Africa House Thoyer Fellowship, Robert Holmes Travel/Research Awards for African Scholarship, and the NYU Gallatin/Africa House Bergman Summer Fellowship. Each year I am inspired by the wonderful research our students conduct and grateful to the donors who make these fellowships possible.
